It is a great place to work, live and play!

My husband and I have been boating for over 15 years, which is one of the reasons we moved to Punta Gorda. It is great having our boat in our back yard!  Whether you are just taking your boat for a day trip to enjoy brunch or lunch at one of the barrier island like, Gasparilla, Boca Grande, Bokeelia or Captiva; or you want to spend a few days at an anchorage; or you want to explore further from home and take a longer boat trip (South) to Fort Myers, Naples or the Keys or (North) to Tampa, you'll enjoy great boating.  If you are into fishing, we have some of the best around with access to the Gulf through Boca Grande Pass.
